I think I have been charged wrong/double charged for my parking, who can I contact about it?

If you feel there has been an error with any of your car parking charges please contact parking@christchurchairport.co.nz

Please ensure you include the following information:

  • Time and date of parking
  • Vehicle registration number
  • Car park
  • Method of payment

Please provide copies of any relevant receipts you might have with your initial enquiry
