What if I don’t receive a confirmation email after submitting my booking?

Please check your junk email folder, sometimes confirmation emails are incorrectly identified as spam.

To confirm your booking visit Manage My Booking, your bookings will be displayed here and you can print confirmation if you didn’t receive one originally.

If you cannot find your booking confirmation submit a help request or alternatively email us on parking@christchurchairport.co.nz.  Make sure you include as much information as you can to help us locate your booking.
